He leads up to 20 shows during Fashion Week working with teams in New York, London, and Paris. Wear comfortable shoes and comfortable black clothes.
You can take photos backstage, but only after the models have been prepped and are ready to show/walk. You would not want to be snapping shots, taking selfies or tweeting while you are in the midst of prepping your model(s). When you do take photos please include tags @JonReyman, #NYFW, #BuiltWithSPRX so we can see them.
Backstage is not a networking opportunity. It would not be appropriate to be handing your cards to models, photographers, designers, etc. Nor would you want to be soliciting and asking people for their cards.
You will be on the backstage list, but we cannot get friends/family on the backstage or show list, nor can we get you access to any other shows. Show tickets are usually reserved for buyers, press and celebrities.
That is really dependent on your budget. The majority of shows will be taking place in Central London. We will share everyone’s contact information that is taking the course so feel free to reach out to other students to try to and coordinate finding a roommate for a hotel or Airbnb.
La Guardia (LGA), Newark (NWK) or John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) should all work. Go with whichever airport you find the better fare into. You can take the train, a cab or Uber/Lyft into the city. From Newark or JFK if you don’t take the train, transportation into the city will definitely cost more than if you flew into La Guardia, but if you get a cheaper flight into one of those airports it might be worth it.
Heathrow or Gatwick airports. Whichever you find a better fare into should work.
That is really dependent on your budget. All shows are in Manhattan with the majority of NYFW shows taking place at Skylight at Moynihan Station (360 W 33rd St), Made @Milk Studios (450 W 15th St), F.Y.I. @MADE (449 W 14th St), The Shop @ NYFW: The Shows (875 Washington St), and Skylight Clarkson Sq (558 Washington St). With the subway, taxis and ride share services like Favor, Uber and Lyft, getting around the city doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive regardless of where you are staying.

The cost for returning students is $997. This goes towards administrative costs and shows sponsorship fees.
Yes, you will receive a list of all of the items needed for your Kit with your course curriculum. You may do this at your own convenience, but will need to have it before Fashion Week.
Yes. The cost of doing New York and London Fashion Week is $2,997. This does NOT include travel expenses or the cost of putting together your Backstage Kit.
That really depends on your own personal preferences, where you are flying from, how far in advance you book your flights and how long you stay. Last season’s students spent between $1,200-2,500 on travel expenses including flight, hotel, meals and transportation.
Students will be responsible for purchasing any necessary tools needed for their fashion week kit (list provided with course materials). You will also need to cover flight, hotel, meals and expenses as needed for traveling to London or NY Fashion Week.
You will be partnered up with another hair stylist to style one model. How many models you work on really depends on how big of a show it is and how many models are walking.
We guarantee you will work backstage at a minimum of one show, however we will always do our best to get you as many shows as possible.
Your video assignments will be reviewed and critiqued prior to each weekly webinar. You will receive constructive feedback via your YouTube channel and you are expected to take the feedback and continue to practice the technique until you’ve mastered it. As long as you complete all of your assignments/videos and demonstrate the ability to do the techniques, you will complete the course and be able to work backstage at Fashion Week.
Your videos just need to be long enough to demonstrate that you have mastered the technique. We need to see that you can do all steps and the finished result.
You will have weekly assignments inclusive of watching online Salon Pro RX curriculum videos and demonstrating you have mastered the techniques by filming yourself performing the skills on a mannequin or live model and posting your video(s) for review on your Youtube channel.
Yes, any device will access Jon’s training videos.
Yes, the payment plan would consist of 3 equal payments (credit card only) one every two weeks. It must be paid in full prior to participating in Fashion Week with Jon Reyman.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX and can also accept Paypal payment right here on our website. We do not take checks.
If you can’t attend a live webinar no worries. Each webinar is recorded and available to view at your convenience on with our software.

Go to the Quick Links Menu, and select Manage Users. Select the name of the user from the dropdown menu, or search for the user by name, and go to their user profile. Click on the Preferences tab, and then click Reset In-Progress Chapters to start them over from the beginning
After you make your changes to the user profile, select Email User After Account Update before you click Update Account and save your changes. Make sure the user’s email information is up to date.
Go to the Quick Links Menu, and select Manage Users. Select the name of the user from the dropdown menu, or search for the user by name, and go to their user profile. Under Account Information, switch the Active User setting from Yes to No. Click on Update Account at the bottom of the page to close the account.
